Greta joined EarthCheck in 2008, and was promptly promoted as dedicated Relationship Manager for the Pacific Region, Africa, Middle East and Central America.

With a background in International Client Management, Greta has over 10 years of experience, mostly in the customer service and Project Management fields. Her duties include facilitating the delivery of the Customer Care Program to Members of the Program.

As the appointed Relationship Manager, Greta's role is to provide Members with assistance and support as they work through benchmarking and certification. Greta is the key point of contact for technical and general program enquiries and works closely with Members through their benchmarking assessment and in preparation for certification.

Originally from Germany, Greta has a double degree in Language and Literature Studies and Sociology, and has travelled the world across five continents.

Joanne Page has joined EarthCheck as the appointed Relationship Manager for Members in South East Asia, North Asia and South Asia.

Joanne originally joined EarthCheck in late 2010 as an internship in the Relationship Management team.  After studying full-time and working part-time for EarthCheck, Joanne completed her Bachelor in Environmental Management, majoring in Sustainable Development and graduating with first class honours from the University of Queensland. 

As a Relationship Manager, Joanne's role is to provide members in her region with assistance and support as they work through benchmarking and certification. Joanne is the key point of contact for technical and general program enquires and will work closely with all Members through their benchmarking assessment and in preparation for certification.

Antje joined EC3 Global in September 2010 before being promoted to Relationship Manager. Originally from Berlin, Antje has been living and working in Australia and France and is fluent in German, English, and French.

Antje has more than 10 years of customer service experience working for major hotel chains and airlines in Germany, France and Australia. She has a Diploma in Business Administration and a Master in Sustainable Tourism Management. 

As a Relationship Manager, Antje's role is to assist and advise members in her region as they work through the benchmarking and certification program. Antje is the key point of contact for technical and general program enquiries and works closely with members through their benchmarking assessment and in preparation for certification.

Shey has been EarthCheck's Certification Manager since early 2007. Shey is responsible for managing EarthCheck's Certification Services including training and managing our worldwide network of approved auditors.

Through credible delivery of third party Certification Services, EC3 Global is committed to making EarthCheck as underpinned by the science and integrity of EarthCheck science and systems the world's most recognized environmental Benchmarking and Certification program.

She has been closely involved in the development and delivery of EarthCheck programs and services over the past 4 years.  Shey's experience includes delivery of training and capacity services to EarthCheck clients and service providers well as hotel chains.

Shey received her Degree with honours in Tourism Management from the University of Sydney and has over ten years' experience in the travel and tourism industry with both government and private sector organisations and is a qualified ISO 9001 & 14001 Lead Auditor.

Josh has more than 10 years experience in the tourism industry operating private enterprise and consultancy services to design and construct several key facilities on the east coast of Australia. Josh has extensive operational experience within all facets of the service industry and is committed to the development of global sustainable business practises.

Josh has delivered successful Cluster Programs in the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions offering sustainable business development practices to groups of local businesses and has conducted training in the National Accreditation Training Framework (NATF) sustainability programs to registered training organisations and trainers. Josh is a nationally accredited commercial food service professional and food service consultant with tertiary qualifications in applied sciences.

Mark has over 10 years experience in tourism and destination management including eight years at Tourism Queensland in a variety of roles including Regional Director. Through his career Mark has worked extensively with the tourism industry at various levels and has well recognised skills and experience in the areas of tourism marketing, strategic planning and project management.

Mark has a degree in Tourism from James Cook University, with Honours focussing on Environmental Tourism and Community Engagement.
